DMCA Takedown Notice

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, VerticalMass LLC will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement occurring on its platform AniGoGo (the "Platform").

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used or uploaded on AniGoGo in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notification with the following information:

DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements

To be effective, your notice must include:

• Your Contact Information:
  • Full legal name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
• Identification of the Copyrighted Work:

  Describe the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed (e.g., the anime name, scene, or clip).

• Identification of the Infringing Material:

  Provide the URL(s) or specific location(s) on AniGoGo where the allegedly infringing content appears.

• A Statement of Good Faith:

  Include a statement such as:
  “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

• A Statement Under Penalty of Perjury:

  Include a statement such as:
  “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”

• Signature:

  A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content you uploaded was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• The content that was removed and where it previously appeared
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court
• Your electronic or physical signature

Send your counter-notice to dmca@verticalmass.com. If valid, we may reinstate the content unless the original copyright owner files a court action within 10–14 business days.

• Submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal liability.
