Welcome to VerticalMass LLC ("VerticalMass", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AniGoGo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, uploading content, or interacting with AI characters on AniGoGo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
To use AniGoGo, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
VerticalMass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Platform.
You may upload anime-related video clips, annotations, comments, and interact with AI-based characters (collectively, "User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant VerticalMass a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.
You retain ownership of your content. However, you are solely responsible for:
VerticalMass may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
AniGoGo features interactive AI characters based on anime-style personas. These AI characters are fictional and may generate text responses based on your input.
By using AniGoGo, you agree not to:
Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All content on AniGoGo (excluding User Content), including the platform’s software, branding, and AI systems, is owned by VerticalMass or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it without our permission.
You may delete your account at any time. VerticalMass may suspend or terminate your account if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends, but certain rights (e.g., license grants, disclaimers) will survive.
AniGoGo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerticalMass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or use, arising out of your use of AniGoGo.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or in small claims court as permitted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
